Fundraising for a Multi-Function Patient Monitor
We will be doing various fundraisers to raise money for this machine.

We will be raising money for 'Wallace & Gromit Grand Appeal Charity' (Charity Registration No. 1043603) who will direct all the funds raised for the multi-function patient monitor to Bristols Children's Hospital, Ward 32 from May 2011 to when will reach our target of £5,000.00.

What is a Multi-Function Patient Monitor?
  • A multi-function patient monitor is able to monitor heart and respiratory rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation levels.
  • There is currently ONE multi-function patient monitor per FOUR patients; we aim to reduce to this with your help.
  • One multi-function patient monitor costs £5,000.00.

We will be fundraising and raising awareness via Congenital Heart Defects Awareness Week, 7th - 14th February 2012.

We will be adding personal stories in relation to this because they have either benefitted from the Multi-function Patient Monitor or will do.

As of 13th December 2011 we have raised £2,063.00 from online donation or via our fundraisers.  That is 41% towards the total that we are aiming for.
